- Products & Services: We offer groceries, drinks, pulses, kitchen cleaning liquids, and packing products to both individuals and restaurants at reasonable prices.
- Delivery Charges:
- Free delivery for orders over £300.
- A £11.99 delivery fee will apply to orders below £300 and above £250.
- Delivery charges for orders under £250 will vary based on the delivery route.
- Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2 PM will be delivered the next day. Orders after 2 PM will be processed the following business day.
- Opening Hours: We operate from 9 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Damage & Returns: Products can be returned only if they are extra or damaged on arrival. Opened products are non-returnable.
- Cancellation Charges: A £30 cancellation fee will apply if the delivery driver has already started from our warehouse.
- Refunds: Refunds for returned products will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited directly to the customer’s bank account.
- Changes in Terms: We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without notice.
- payment Delays : client or customer need to clear the payments with in 14 working days 0r same day .In case of delay the Legal action will be taken if we(Hilda) wont receive any update from the customer or client .
